Our brewer Matt and his pal Jon from Zymurgy Brewing are at it again. This time they put together an “herbal hefe,” comprising of Wisconsin Scarlet base malt and Lemon Verbena grown by Matt. Aromatic, smooth and refreshing Gold of Sunshine is a pleasant reminder that summer isn’t quite over.
