We celebrate this year with Leaves of Iron, a doppelbock aged in bourbon barrels for over a year, then conditioned on pecans and maple syrup from our friends at Iggie’s Acre Pure Maple Syrup. Slightly sweet from the maple but balanced by the nuttiness of the pecan, the subtle barrel character rounds out the finish and presents the drinker with our optimism for the coming year.
